Return And Refund Policy

The product must be in its original condition
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right (Replace or Refund).
Customers are advised to make video while opening parcel for any claim to determine for any damage , short contents or wrong items. No Video or video made after opening parcel shall not be eligible for any claim as we would not be able to fix responsibility
You have 24 hours return & exchange policy, which means 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return or exchange
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Customer will bear the logistics cost of items that are to be returned or exchanged. The original box, information booklet, and all other accessories must also be returned along with the article. Care should be made to put original packaging in some carton or bubble wrap it & don’t have any writing or tape on original packaging.
once the parcel is shipped to MPStore, customers are advised to share their dispatch receipt on our WhatsApp number & remind us after 4 days whether parcel received at MPStore, Once the item reaches our fulfillment center, allow for up to two business days for us to check and process your returned product. After the return is processed, it may take up to four business days for the refund to get credited to your account. For refund, customers are advised to send their complete Bank account or EasyPaisa/JazzCash account. Please remember that MPStore will send screenshot of refund payment once its done, so no need to remind us about refund.
Delivery charges shall be deducted from the amount refunded (Rs.300) even for items with free delivery, as delivery charges are charged by courier service for all parcels.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
MPStore reserve the right to reject the exchange or return requests.
